Valentines is over, and once again I got the same thing I get every year. Guess whats going to happen on March 14th? Nothing.
Google forgot the "L" in thier name today. That amused me.
I left a rather lengthy comment clarifying why I was so "Meh". I promise I'm over my funk. Cross my heart. Plus what right do I have to be upset when My BFF kissy spent the night being robbed (armed!!!11!) and talking with cops? None I tells ya, NONE. (SHE IS OK, THANK CUPID!!)

Tonite was the first time in 14 years we've been able to go out for Valentine's Day. Between work and being broke, we haven't had to chance before. So now JitteryJoe has a challenge... he can beat Big D's record.

Meh is right. I got exactly the same thing you did. It will be a very quiet March 14 round this parts, too. Of course he won't feel bad because he has no idea about the Steak and BJs.
I also got the same as you. We were going to go out to eat, but then remembered he had a stinkin' board meeting at church, so it was too late. SlowMo got a really ritzi box of chocolates though.
WE LOVE YOU!!! I looked all around here at work, & no ducks; the only dick is the "boss" & ewwwww yucka. But I tried.

I noticed the missing "L" in Google, too. I thought perhaps I just was too dumb to figure out why they would intentionally do that. I guess, in actuality, I was just too dumb to figure out that it wasn't intentional. Duh...
Ok, how do you get them all in the bathroom behaving AND brushing at the same time?
to all. It wasn't that I wanted chocolates and flowers. All I wanted was for him to maybe come up behind me, and hug me while I was making dinner, and say I love you.
Or to have sat the boys down and helped them cut out hearts for me. Even for him to have taken them aside and asked them to be sure to say happy valenines day mommy.
I went out of my way to make sure all four of my men knew i loved them, to the point of mmaking heart shaped cookies with thier initials.
to make it just wee bit worse, when JJ didnt go to work I said in a joking manner "there goes my last chance that you will stop off at a store and pick me up something" he replied, well I still have to get the mail.
I assumed then he was going to stop off and get me an over priced teddy bear or a half dead flower from the grocery store. Something. But he didnt, and that kind of stung.
I guess that I have learnt one thing though. I shouldnt blog when I have nothing nice to say. Im sure you all (pay attention to the sarcasm here) Im sure you all had a wonderful time reading this post.
As for the tooth brushing.. for some reason my boys think that being "allowed" to brush their teeth is the biggest reward EVER. They love it. also, after the two youngest are done, i re-brush their teeth for them. The baby just sucks off his toothpaste anyway.
I wonder if this should be a whole post of its own LMAO
you didn't get anything from your honey? if so, you need to kick his ass! my birthday is March 13, btw.

I'm glad to here that Kiss is ok. That girl has got to get a new job. How many times is that now? 3?? Everything in my house is very MEH today anyways. But the weather is nice. OH HOW NICE. I love it. Glad to see the sun feeling warm again. Have an awesome day.

I'm so sorry you didn't get what you wanted for Valentine's day.
I know how much it hurts when you have the whole day planned out in your head, and all you expect is just a simple "I Love You". Mother's Day is the worst day for me.

I'm so impressed with the brushing-teeth gang. What a great shot. I need to remember to show this picture to my 19 month old, who recently decided that brushing his teeth was the worst thing EVER. He cries and runs away. So sad.
