A good piece of chocolate has about 200 calories per serving.
I enjoy two servings a night, and sometimes more on weekends.
Therefore.
I consume 3,500 calories of chocolate in a week.
That equals one pound of weight.

So,

In the last three and a half years,
I have had a chocolate caloric intake of about 180 lbs.
And I only weigh about 140 pounds.
Without chocolate,
I would have wasted away to nothingness about three months ago

I owe my life to chocolate.

*if you are interested, I am putting a photo of me up in the Photo Blawg. It sort of somewhat shows how long my hair was. But really. Its twice as long when it is wet. I hate curls!

Love the pics.

And I learned LOOOOOOOOOOOONG ago, making the calculations only leads to the dark side. Ignorance is bliss.

Is this supposed to make you feel better about your chocolate consumption, or worse? :P

tenacious the calculations dont bother me! I love chocolate too much to let a little thing like numbers get in the way!

Sheila OMG want to hear a horror story? Of course you do! I bought two wonder bars today (do you have them in the US? Best chocolate bar evar!) Anyway i got home and put them on the counter and then later tonight, like five minutes ago, I picked one up to eat its yummy goodness, but it was melted to juice.
I cried.

Oh, honey, I'm sorry. But, chocolate is either for immediate consumption, or to be stored in the fridge.

Did you at least lick the wrapper clean?!

(I've never had / heard of this 'Wonder Bar' thing.)

Oh, my dear, we are such soul sisters. I love chocolate and could easily eat my body weight in a good milk variety.

But the hair. Dude, we have the same hair. Ever since I cut off the earth mother braid several years ago I keep it very, very short. And when it starts to look like I am related to a sheep I run to my hairdresser. Short and chic...yes....curly and looking like a barnyard animal...no.

You are beautiful, btw. But I have known that for a long time. Without ever having seen your pic.

I want chocolate. They have those letters in Canada? We always got them as gifts when my dad went to his folks in Holland.
