FYI: my favorite way to wake up is about 1 pm, with coffee fresh, hot and waiting for me.
Unfortunately this is happening more and more often. Not just at night but during the day as well. In fact, right now as I am typing, I can feel my left hand starting to go numb. It's resting on the keyboardy thingy where you type, not still, 'cus DUH, I am typing, but still that light pressure is enough that is going numb.
I think the worst is at night when I lay in bed on my back. Every part of me that touches the bed, from the back of my head to the heels of my feet, goes numb in a matter of minutes. I turn over and the side I am laying on goes numb. Turn the other way, no surprises there, numb again.
I am beginning to think I have some sort of circulation problem.

Thats how my Neuropathy started, get thee to a doctor!
Mel is right. You gotta get checked out.
After all, your head has been numb for years.
Sounds like a compressed disc or a pinched nerve...could be, anyhow. That's what mine was when the same thing happened to me. And the thing is...nothing but good ole narcotics can help.
Doctor. Now...make the appointment. Don't make me make it for you!
What everyone else said. So not good...
I agree with the others.
You still here? What are you waiting for? Go!
I'm in the same boat, I have really bad circulation problems. Some nights my legs and arms get so bad it's nearly unbearable. I also find my feet and hands are cold when they shouldn't be.
What's Wrong With You???
You've got kids! Get to the doctor! Do you really have to wait until the 23rd??
Oh, good. I was going to suggest an appointment with your doctor.
Too much sex. Clearly.
You didn't cut your face on the wall, did you, with your ablitity to get owies from things people don't get owies from?
Lay off the dognuts and call me in the morning. Nuf said. :o)
No seriously...that doesn't sound good....tell the dr you need in faster. Damn Canadians!
Get to the Dr, Blue. Do not pass GO...do not collect 200 dollars...just get to the Doc.
That doesn't sound good. I'm glad your checking out.
Glad you have an appointment...
I'm emailing you some info that might get you in sooner.
Hey... that's sooner than anybody would ever see me uner simalar circumstances... but still, it does sound really, really bad.
I hope you're okay,
Glad that you are going to see the doctor.
Ya, it totally sounds like a circulation problem. Have you tried putting your feet up at night? I am told this help all the blood flow make it back to the right places. (Both of my parents are medical) They say you should try and put your feet up before you go to bed like just high enough to be above your heart to move everything back the right way.
hope everything checks out to be ok...let me know how the apt. goes...
