Date canceled, taking Stuperman to the ER. Update later

we decided to take him in because he ate nothing for two days and slept All day today. He woke to scream, not cry but scream, and would fall back asleep. Enough was enough
his chest is fine, but when they tried to see in his ear there was a loud Pop and blood tinged pus started streaming out his ear. Obviously infected. He is medicated for pain now, and taking antibiotics. Will take at least 48 hours for him to not be in this amount of pain.
the lady at the counter who checked him in offered him a sticker. He screamed like she tired to kill him, he screamed so loudly and painfully a set of doctors came running. I told her that stickers were against this moral beliefs.
life sucks for this wee boy right now.

ear infections are the worst...hope he is feeling better soon!
sorry about the ear infection. God only knows how much I know about that!! Hopefully the medication will help him pull thru quickly.

Poor baby!! Im sorry you missed your date Sweety. I know you were looking forward to it. But Stuperman needs his Mommy right now..poor little guy, earaches are a bitch.Id scream too!!!
Oh man, it's the worst when little one's are in pain! I'll be praying for his little ear :( Hope he feels better soon.

The 1st date went well....He's cute, smart and funny. What more can a girl ask for?
Ear infections aren't anything to mess around with especailly with children. So I guess the date is worth the cancelation. I hope that Stuper is feeling better soon.
Hope the little man is feeling better asap..there's NO PAIN worse than when your children are hurting...
